Here at Edinburgh Ironing Services we've been debating whether or not our clients have been getting what they wanted from us.
After all in terms of their lifestyle we do have a large impact in the number of hours we give them.
So we asked them.
And we were surprised by the results. It's not that we didn't give them a good service, it's just we didn't realise how much more people wanted from their Edinburgh Ironing Service.
So here at DUNN Domestic we started to implement some of their requests. Don't get me wrong the quality of our ironing was exceptional. It was the additional services that people wanted that made us start.
24 hour contactability, same day returns etc etc.
